All of your staff works directly with the major banks and lenders to prepare your paperwork, and negotiate on your behalf to get you into a loan modification program, we are also partnered up with a group of law firms and attorneys and when necessary, will utilize an attorneys firm and/or staff to stop a foreclosure or sales date.
